Before You Order
French Quarter Kitchen™ food is prepared to order and is
final sale once your order is paid. Please review your
dishes, sizes, quantities, pickup date and pickup time carefully before
checkout.
Our kitchen handles common allergens, including shellfish, fish, dairy,
eggs and wheat. If you have a food allergy or sensitivity, do not order
unless you are sure the dish is safe for you.
Gumbo is made one way, as listed. Our chicken and
sausage gumbo and our seafood gumbo both have pork sausage. Cups cannot
be changed, and a note on your order does not change the recipe. For
no pork (+$30 on 4 qt, +$50 on 8 qt) or all seafood with no sausage
(+$50 on 4 qt, +$100 on 8 qt), order a
custom pot in 4 or 8 quarts from the catering menu.
We approve custom pots before you pay. No swaps: for
more shrimp or extra rice, see Gumbo Extras.
No rice costs extra, and you have to pick it. With no
rice we fill the cup with more food. Pick the "no rice"
size on the gumbo, red beans or étouffée and pay that price. Red beans
+$2/$4/$6, étouffée +$4/$6/$8, gumbo as shown. Writing "no rice" in a
note does not count; it will come with rice.
Please pick up at the time you choose. We hold orders
30 minutes past your pickup time. After that we can't guarantee
quality, and orders are held only until we close that night. Call
(770) 707-6700 when you arrive and we'll bring your order out.
Hot and prepared food is final at pickup. You are welcome to check your
order before you leave; once it leaves our building there is no refund,
replacement or remake.
