French Quarter Kitchen ("we," "us") operates a text messaging program for customers who place catering and food orders with us.
What we collect. When you give us your mobile number on an order form, at checkout, or in person, we collect that number along with your name and your order details.
What we use it for. We send you messages about your own order: confirmation, deposit and balance reminders, pickup date and time, and changes to your order. If you separately opt in to promotional messages, we send those as well.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share your mobile number or your consent to receive text messages with any third party for their marketing purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share your number only with the messaging provider that delivers the message on our behalf.
How long we keep it. We keep your number and order history for as long as you remain a customer, and afterward only as long as our tax and accounting obligations require.
Your choices. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help. You may also email or call us to be removed. Opting out of texts does not affect your order.
Message and data rates may apply. Order Updates vary by order. Daily Specials: up to 1 message a day, about 6 a week.
